Spicy Udon Noodles and Rainbow Swiss Chard

1 package of udon noodles

2 cups of organic vegetable broth per serving

1 bunch of rainbow swiss chards or green swiss chards

Soy sauce

Sriracha hot chili sauce


Prepare udon noodles as directed on package

Wash and chop rainbow swiss chards

Bring organic vegetable broth to a boil

Place swiss chards at the bottom of bowl

Place desired amount of noodles

Pour vegetable broth over both noodles and swiss chard

Season with soy sauce and Sriracha hot sauce
